    createmystore is fraud

  • 2 Liz // Mar 3, 2009 at 8:44 pm

A sweeping statement, would be better if you expanded or didn’t remain anon!

  • 3 DONT USE THEM // Mar 4, 2009 at 7:11 am

The problem is Gareth Hume / createmystore has no contact details other than an address in Sheffield. Of course email (no point in the email as it bounces back and is not returned) However I am unsure if the address is fake? I have researched it online and part of the address is definitely suspect. I will post later as I do not have it on this computer. I’m surprised that no one has paid him a visit; after all I’m sure one of us lives near Sheffield as the list of very unhappy customers is growing.

  • 4 DONT USE THEM // Mar 4, 2009 at 7:18 am

It disgusts me that a http://www.createmystore.co.uk can carry on trading, still taking money for orders that simply do not happen. Why not send a test email regarding a new design, it will soon get answered, funny that.
Did anyone read the one of the previous blogs about the change of management? Apparently Shane Muska has taken over as manager of create my store. Well that was well over a month ago. Lots of promises but again no results. I don’t even think this guy exists.

  • 5 DONT USE THEM // Mar 4, 2009 at 7:29 am

Gareth, Shane and any other anonymous staff are obviously reading these blogs as the new manager Shane commented on a previous blog. The silence speaks for itself, they cannot defend themselves as it’s all true. After all we would not be here reading/writing this now if problems did not exist, I’m sure we have better things to do. The only reason I am taking the time to comment is because I do not want anyone else to get taken for a ride. It makes my blood boil that people can trade like this. What sort of people are we dealing with here? They cannot even defend themselves, can you imagine if they had a phone number!

  • 6 DONT USE THEM // Mar 4, 2009 at 7:45 am

More action is needed other than emails that do not get answered.
Contact Sheffiled Trading Standards, they will start to take notice if we all group together.
    http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/sheffield/
Follow the steps given by trading standards over the phone, they will tell you exactly what action to take, this is the first template letter:
    http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/after_you_buy/making-complaint/template-letters/supply_goods_services/
    Report them @
    http://www.ripofftipoff.net/
Contact Paypal, Google checkout to report them, I know for a fact they are opening new accounts as they keep getting them suspended.
Contact your bank and process a chargeback, get your money back before they are no longer trading.
Contact the police, make an official complaint.
If anyone else has any advice please post, it will help.

  • 7 chris // Mar 17, 2009 at 2:06 pm

we paid for our design back in november and have since only seen a draft of the shop design. No emails are getting through to “Shane” either.

Has anyone managed to get hold of Shane/Gareth?

  • 8 Luca Persico // Apr 5, 2009 at 10:02 pm

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL MY LIFE !! THEY SHOULD BE JAILED FOR FRAUD…. If someone want my help proof for police reports etc etc Am available…..

  • 9 Alicia Gonzales // Apr 8, 2009 at 2:13 pm

    It’s a FRAUD !!!

  • 10 Shane Muska // Apr 17, 2009 at 10:22 pm

Shane Muska here, former owner of CreateMyStore. As a website, CreateMyStore has ceased training due to staff issues and the inability to provide Design services for the new eBay Layout.

I take full responsibilty for the demise of CreateMyStore, I was running the company from December ’08 and struggled to pick-up where Gareth left off. When I took over in Dec I had every intention of turning CreateMyStore into a thriving eBay Design Company, unfortunately with my lack of skills I was unable to produce Design standards as well as Gareth could – resulting in very heavy delay’s and financial ruin for the Company.

I feel it is unfair on Gareth to take the wrap for my mistakes, it would be all too easy for me to allow Gareth take the blame for this when the fact of the matter is Gareth had nothing to do with the Company since Dec 08. I take full responsibility, and Gareth, if you get to read this post, I do apologise for tarnishing your name. It was never my intention to ruin a perfectly good Company and put a very gifted Designer’s name to shame.

I am aware there are customers still awaiting refunds. I would therefore like to start processing those refunds to those customers who never received their completed Designs – please contact myself directly – shanemuska@yahoo.com to discuss matters further. I am unwilling to provide a tel number on the internet however I will provide a number to contact myself once email contact has been made.

Once again I take full responsibilty for the bad reputation CreateMyStore has made for itself, and have every intention of refunding those who never received their Designs.

Thank you and an apology doesn’t really seem fit for what has happened, but I am here to face the music and refund those who lost out.

    Shane Muska

  • 11 patrick // May 10, 2009 at 11:31 pm

What a load of Bull s**t ……………….. Shane Muska is clearly a made up name, its Gareth trying to put the blame on a made up person so he done get into trouble.

if i remember correctly customers was not getting there designs when Gareth was apparently running the site.

if you believe whats been put above then more fool you.

its clearly Gareth that caused all this and should be done for it

  • 12 Liz // May 25, 2009 at 3:16 pm

A new eBay design company in Sheffield has just opened up with the same web hosts as createmyStore…

    http://www.yazingo.co.uk

Beware, it might be the same people re-branded.

  • 13 helen // Jun 11, 2009 at 11:59 pm

ha ha yes i was thinking the same http://www.yazingo.co.uk/ is well the same company, you can tell by the way the site is designed, and they are also using the same hosting company http://www.streamline.net.

I m in no doubt this is the same company as create my store

also there is still no contact number,

    I would not trust them,
they will just do the same as be4 and take to many orders, not be able to keep up then do one with there customers money.
    be very careful

  • 14 Pete // Jun 14, 2009 at 9:55 am

I paid YAZINGO £99 to re design my ebay shop page, I received a “thank you for your payment email, we will contact you in the morning” never to hear from them again.
They will not return my emails. Its only when I tried to find their contact number that I realized there could be a problem… DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY….

  • 15 Pete // Jun 14, 2009 at 1:51 pm

    Follow up:
Yazingo have since responded and apologized for any delays, they have promised my completed shop by the end of the week… I will keep everyone informed.

  • 16 Yazingo Ltd // Jun 17, 2009 at 6:18 pm

    Hello there,

My name is Luke Johnson from Yazingo! eBay Design – I have stumbled across this post when browsing the kidsontalks website.

Firstly and most importantly, I find it pretty unfair to jump to the conclusion that we are createmystore reformed! I totally appreciate the concerns of some eBayer’s, I can assure you that Yazingo! are in no way involved or associated with createmstore. Our site is nothing like how I remember createmystore’s site looked nor do we provide the same type of Shop Design as them.

In response to your comments -

    - Firstly, we are not based in Sheffield, we are based in East Sussex, I am unsure where you would have got this information from.

    - Secondly, streamline.net are a hugely popular UK webhost with over 100,000 UK sites hosted, they provide a reliable solution for us to host our client eBay Shops.

    - Thirdly, we have delayed launching a contact number purely because we are only a small team and simply do not have the man-power to both design & answer calls all day. With our £99 promotion receiving alot of interest, we would be spending all our time answering calls and not concentrating on the core of our service: eBay Design. We are launching a local rate number once we have the means to provide a dedicted answering service, which we hope to be sometime in July.

I do not want to start a debate or offend anyone by posting this, I simply feel it is neccessary to confirm to anyone in doubt of Yazingo’s intentions that we are a legitimate UK Business providing eBay Design Services.

If you would like to comment further please do not hesitate to contact myself directly – info@yazingo.co.uk and I will get right back to you.

    Thank you for your time,

    Luke Johnson
    Yazingo eBay Design

  • 17 Liz // Jun 18, 2009 at 6:29 pm

I *did* only say might. This is an independent blog and we always encourage people to be aware. Your design is extremely similar, in fact exact – or it was….you seemed to have changed your look and whois information since I looked you up. I wish you all the best and hope you do well by your customers.

  • 18 Mike D // Jun 19, 2009 at 4:36 pm

    Yazingo.co.uk = Createmystore.co.uk

    Yazingo’s Website
    http://www.yazingo.co.uk/lilin.html

    A Createmystore live design
    http://stores.ebay.co.uk/LILIN-CCTV

They are obviously relaunching as Yazingo and taking the few clients they have left and reskinning them.

Also Yazingo/CreativeMyStore may be based in Brighton but I seriously doubt it.

Check out their registered company address:

    http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/55fed9346de454d0fdc7caee8e74ab28/compdetails

Then comapre that address to the one at the bottom of this page:

    http://www.csnotepad.co.uk/html/business_address_and_virtual_o.html

So if your based in Brighton why use a virtual address that anyone in the world can setup? Cmon guys! Save yourself £13 a month and just put your real address on there! Show us your legit!

Im sure Yazingo have nothing to hide then they wouldnt object to an Office of Fair Trade investigation?

  • 19 Mike D // Jun 19, 2009 at 5:09 pm

Sorry, with the registered company address link you may need to enter their company number to get their details up. Their company number is: 06850682

Anyone else had experience with Yazingo?

  • 21 Yazingo Ltd // Jun 22, 2009 at 4:51 am

Thank you Liz, for your very much appreciated polite response. We do intend to do well by our customers and gain the trust and respect of the eBay Community by providing a dedicated, honest & reliable service at all times.

    Kind regards,

    Luke Johnson

  • 22 Lee // Jun 23, 2009 at 4:36 pm

Has anyone had any dealing with yazingo.co.uk?
I mean actual completed ebay designs.

    Please let me know

    Thanks.

  • 23 Liz // Jun 25, 2009 at 4:17 pm

Sorry I had not logged in and approved everyone comments earlier! It would be nice to make sure a new player in the eBay design space is legit, so experiences welcome!

  • 24 Liz // Jun 25, 2009 at 4:20 pm

Virtual address? I might have to get one of those as I work from home….

  • 25 The Bull Dog // Jun 26, 2009 at 4:28 pm

I can confirm Yazingo the new eBay store design website is in fact run by Gareth Hume aka Shane Muska aka Luke Johnson. This information can be found at companies house for a small fee of £1. I have scanned the document and posted on my photobucket. Gareth, you are a silly boy! You cannot take peoples hard earned money and run, things always catch up with people who run! That would make you a criminal, Mr Police Man and Mr Tax Man willl be very interested in this info.

    http://s757.photobucket.com/albums/xx213/tbulldog18/

  • 26 STUPID BOY! // Jun 26, 2009 at 4:44 pm

I don’t think Gareth has any idea what trouble he is in. Createmystore / createmystore.co.uk has reformed as a Yazingo which is now a Ltd company. My solicitor has now informed me this is a serious breach of the rules. Gareth can still be taken to court under his new company due to the date the company was formed as he was still trading as createmystore. Createmystore would be seen as a trading name of Yazingo Ltd. I would like to see him prove otherwise, I’m sure the judge and tax man will see differently.

So Gareth, Shane or Luke whoever you are this month, care to comment. I see you have been very vocal recently?

  • 27 LAST POST // Jun 27, 2009 at 8:15 am

WHY WAS MY LAST POST REMOVED?

I SIMPLY CONFIRMED THAT GARETH HUME IS 100% THE DIRECTOR OF YAZINGO LTD

I PAID £1 TO COMPANIES HOUSE AND HE IS THE DIRECTOR IT’S IN BLACK AND WHITE

I DID POST LINKS TO MY PHOTOBUCKET TO SHOW THE DOCUMENTS BUT THE POST WAS REMOVED BY A MODERATOR?

SO GARETH OR LUKE AS YOU KNOW LIKE TO BE CALLED, WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT THAT?

  • 28 Lee // Jun 27, 2009 at 3:28 pm

Hi, Would like to add a very important notice on this forum. Under no circumstances should anyone even think about getting an ebay design from yazingo.co.uk. I have had the worst experience ever from this company:

1.) Took 4 weeks to show me proof that they had even started ebay shop design.

2.) Will not reply to any emails.

3.) When design was received spelling mistakes throughout and wrong phone number. Emailed about 2o times and asked them to change mistakes and phone number still have not done this after 5 weeks.

4.) No listing template as promised in there website. This is like a car without an engine.

5.) Customer service is a joke, could’nt meet any deadlines

In a nutshell my experience with this company has been a disaster. I have been messed about for the past 5 weeks with false promises. I have now had to go through Nochex to ask for my money back. I have an ebay shop which is not finished wrong phone number, Spelling Mistakes and no listing template. They will take your money promise you the world and then disappear will not reply to any emails. It’s a complete scam, anyone who wants any info about these scam merchants please feel free to contact me.

  • 29 Lee // Jun 27, 2009 at 8:04 pm

    Hi Liz,

Just interested to know why my comments where removed with regards to yazingo.co.uk. This company have setup a genuine scam! What happened to me is proof of that. I think it is important that everyone has the right to air there views when it comes to online fraudsters. As a business owner myself i would not wish anyone else to fall into this trap. Dealing with yazingo was the worst ever, i think everyone out there has the reight to know this. Luke Johnston (Yazingo) took my money and did not deliver the goods his comments above are a disgrace! Removing my comments will let yazingo take advantage of loads of other poor victims.

  • 30 Liz // Jun 28, 2009 at 7:37 pm

All posts have to be approved before they will display, which means I read every single comment and you have to wait until I check the blog. None have been removed.

Again, no posts have been removed (apart from your repeated ones). Please do not display his full address. I know you are angry, but this blog is not the place to get legal or threatening. It is a place for open and frank discussion.

  • 32 Luke Johnson // Jul 1, 2009 at 1:26 am

    Hello all.

This is Luke Johnson from Yazingo – this post is an important one so I would kindly request people take this post seriously. I would certainly appreciate comments from Liz about this post.

I am a freelance designer who was offered a job by yazingo.co.uk – I was offered full running of the business / head designer position by someone called Nick Memphis. Only after the recent posts on here I decided to look closer at yazingo, and realised that the previous owner of createmystore maybe behind the opening of yazingo – this is not definate, I am unsure at present.

I have been in talks with a brand new eBay Design Company, the owner of which I went to college with – I have decided to take my graphic design skills to this new Kent-based eBay Design Company and leave Yazingo behind.

Zoodeo.co.uk are due to launch their ebay Services this week, I have teamed up with them to finally provide an efficient, reliable and dedicated Service to the eBay community. I cannot say too much about Yazingo, as I was only the designer, but I have managed to take all clients of Yazingo and bring them over to zoodeo.co.uk – who are indeed a professional, legitimate eBay Design Company. It has depressed me with all my drive and good-will, that I worked for such a failure of a company.

The owner of zoodeo, Lee Dainton, has proposed the following to boost the confidence of the eBay community – we are happy to offer a FREE eBay Shop & Listing Template design service for 2 ebay Sellers only, under the condition that they post a review of their experience with us on this site.

Zoodeo are due to launch on thursday July 2nd, we will have a portfolio of recent yazingo completed designs (completed and managed by myself) and are here to offer you the most reliable and professional eBay Design around. With the mess createmystore have made, zoodeo feel they are in an ideal position to take advantage of their mistakes, so watch this space!

    A little background on zoodeo…

    - Zoodeo have extensive experience in graphic design, everything from teaching GCSE graphic design to students at kent schools to providing contract design work to disney pixar for both monsters inc and toy story. Lee Dainton actually helped with the design of ‘Woody’ from Toy Story. They have also worked in the printing / menu design areas, and have a keen interest in eBay. Partnered with my own eBay Design knowledge we are here to rival frooition and act upon the discrace of createmystore by providing world-class eBay Design Services.

    - Zoodeo provide dedicated telephone support.

    - Zoodeo are UK-based.

    - Zoodeo have a dedicted support system in place – this has been devised to give confidence in any bad experiences with customer service that past eBay Sellers may have had with previous Designers.

    - Zoodeo’s prices are affordable – we are aware of the recession and are here to help you by offering world-class design in order to boost your sales at a very low investment.

    - Zoodeo offer a money-back guarantee, something never done before, have your design completed within a certain amount of time or your money-back.

I personally have recommended to Zoodeo that these methods be put into action, with the experience of Yazingo I feel it is of upmost importance to put the customer first.

If you would like to take advantage of our FREE eBay Design offer (this offer is strictly limited to 2 eBayers only providing they will blog about their experience with us) then please either reply to this post, email us at: info@zoodeo.co.uk or call us on – 0208 144 9115

Zoodeo’s site will be live on thursday, run by my close friend Lee Dainton, myself Luke Johnson and our html guru Samantha Milne.

We can assure you that zoodeo are certainly not involved with gareth hume, createmystore or any foul play, myself Luke Johnson was duped into working for Yazingo when I should have waited for the launch of Zoodeo – rest assured, Zoodeo are the next generation of eBay Design and will certainly not be going down the same road as createmystore.

Lookout for zoodeo on thursday – zoodeo.co.uk – great prices & immense design quality.

    All the very best,

    Luke Johnson,
    Lee Dainton,
    Samantha Milne,
    Zoodeo – eBay Design Studio

  • 33 Liz // Jul 1, 2009 at 7:11 pm

Well, I would opt for a freebie myself, but my eBay shop is my design playground as well as preferring neutrality. Anyone who takes up the offer. I will publish their review on this blog, un-edited and in its raw beauty.

  • 34 Chris // Jul 2, 2009 at 9:37 am

Hi, we have left a message on the phone and emailed. Please get in touch, we would be more than happy to blog about the quality of design.
    Thanks

  • 35 David // Jul 2, 2009 at 10:46 am

Do not deal with Yazingo or whatever they decided to call themselves this week. Zoodeo is clearly a rip off too. If you pay them the standard £99 it’s money thrown away and you’ll hear and receive absolutely nothing from them. I unfortunately paid £99 in a rash moment but was worried from that moment on, and unfortunately for me, they’ve delvered nothing at all. I’ve contacted the police in Hove today and they’re already investigating this company. Luke/Gareth/Shane or whatever AKA should not be trusted and do not pay this company any money!!

  • 36 David // Jul 2, 2009 at 1:03 pm

Companies House have also been notified today about how this company trades and are now investigating.

  • 37 Luke Johnson // Jul 2, 2009 at 7:06 pm

Thanks Liz I appreciate it! Zoodeo are launching on Saturday now, we need to make sure everything’s ready so please anyone interested plase visit the site on saturday – zoodeo.co.uk

    All the best,
    Luke Johnson

  • 38 Luke Johnson // Jul 3, 2009 at 1:39 pm

Due to the constant calls from ex-createmystore clients quizzing us and endless prank calls over the past day or so alone, the above telephone number for us is out of use until further notice.

We are waaay too busy trying to work to accept this sort of response from people who have a bad taste in their mouth from dealing with createmystore.

All clients of Zoodeo will still have access to telephone support and will be well looked after, but telephone inquires from the general public will not be accepted until Zoodeo have established themselves fully.

If you need to make a genuine eBay Inquiry please contact us through our website, but only genuine clients of Zoodeo will now have access to telephone support.

We appreciate some of you have a vendetta against createmystore and you are looking to blame me for working at yazingo for a short while, but I simply cannot accept this sort of abuse when I am trying to provide a genuine service with my new team.

At least allow us to prove ourselves as a genuine eBay Designer before accusing us of any wrong-doing.

Thank you, I will not be rising to anymore accusations on this site. My sincere apologies to Liz and anyone genuine if this post has come across as strong-worded.

    Luke Johnson

  • 39 Chris // Jul 3, 2009 at 4:01 pm

Hi, everyone. I have had contact today with Zoodeo.co.uk Very interesting! So far the telephone number is not being answered and emails not being replied? However managed to speak to Lee Dainton through the chat system on the Zoodeo website.

Very dissapointing really. Apparantly the 2 FREE designs have now gone? I find this hard to believe as we left a number of phone and email messages shortly after the offer on the blog. We also logged on the chat system 30 mins after the site went live (by chance) to be told they had gone? Lee also told me they are now based in Swanley in Kent, I live 5 minutes away, but they are not prepared to give any address details out!!!
This arouses my suspision. Any company, web based on non web based should be able to provide a trading address? After all if Ltd company you have no choice.

So far not very impressed and once again the createmystore/yazingo/zoodeo websites look very similar? I wonder, could Zoodeo be yet another attempt to move away from the createmystore rip off/disaster. It’s funny my emails are no longer being replied to from Yazingo?

Oh yes, promised a phonecall today from Luke Johnson, im sure you can guess the rest, he didnt call. Sounds all too familiar, dont you think?

  • 40 Chris // Jul 3, 2009 at 4:12 pm

Just reading back through my last post.

Zoodeo.co.uk, if the above is not the case and I have got it all wrong give me a phonecall, you have my number…. as I am still awaiting the phonecall from earlier today!

Ill report back on this blog how the phonecall goes, something tells me they will not call?

  • 41 Lee // Jul 3, 2009 at 8:04 pm

Hi, I would just like to put the record straight with regards to the previous comments that where made by myself with regards to Yazingo.co.uk. I have since been contacted by Luke who has explained the situation in full, Luke has now left Yazingo and is now working for http://www.zoodeo.co.uk he completed our ebay design today and we are absolutely delighted. We would like to highly recommend Luke and http://www.zoodeo.co.uk his customer service and design skills have been excellent. Luke explained in full his reasons for leaving Yazingo, one of these reasons where to meet customers requirements and deadlines, his previous business partner failed to see the importance in this but luke does, thats why he left, to be honest and i don’t blame him. All in All an excellent service, i can highly recommend Luke and zoodeo.co.uk there ebay designs are stunning and hopefully the business will come flooding in. Sorry about the previos comments if they can be retracted please remove them. Thanks Lee

  • 42 Rachael // Jul 4, 2009 at 5:17 am

I have recently signed up to Zoodeo’s ebay design service after taking them up on this offer of a free design in exchange that I post a review about my experience with them. So far…it’s been good and they said I didnt need to post anything yet but I think I should.

I had a detailed design brief with Luke who ran me through all the various options for the design, gave a timeframe for completion and was very helpful. This is actually my first ebay design so I have high expectations as their designs are excellent, the canvas shop they’ve done looks awesome.

Naturally I did see this post first so I knew Luke had worked at yazino for a spell, he explained the issues & to be honest I think Zoodeo need to be given the benefit of the doubt – I’m getting this work done for free an receiving excellent customer service, something I cant see a company doing just to have a good word said about them…

I will be posting another review when the design is finished with my feedback and marks out of 10!

  • 43 Pete // Jul 5, 2009 at 9:40 am

    Hi
I have been dealing with LUKE from yazingo!!! he promised me a refund (£99) but it will take 15 days, 18 days later still no refund…. I contacted Luke again, the same thing,”I will make sure that you get a refund” NOTHING… now he is leaving YAZINGO.(bang goes my money) and setting up as ZOODEO.

Zoodeo is the same website but with a few extras, “BEWARE” again no telephone number..
Since this with Yazingo, 4 weeks with no design template or refund.. I paid a company called EBAYTEMPLATEKING, they advertise on ebay, and accept PAY PAL, so your money is safe, it cost me £120 within 7 days my ebay shop is up and running, the customer service is 1st class and the design is brilliant. Nick from ebaytemplateking has been absolutely fantastic, and nothing is to much trouble.

So if you want a PROFESSIONAL design and service I would give YAZINGO and by looking at it ZOODEO a miss, do not be fooled by all of the promises from Luke because thats all it is, promises.

    Pete

  • 44 Chris // Jul 5, 2009 at 9:44 am

Care to tell us what your eBay store is called? Then we can all have a look at the FREE design!

  • 45 Chris // Jul 5, 2009 at 9:52 am

LEE, why are you not returning phonecalls? You have my number?

“dedicated telephone support” – so far the number you have supplied is not answered?

Obviously you are reading this so please explain?

We want to use your services, when can we speak?

  • 46 Zoodeo // Jul 5, 2009 at 11:44 pm

Chris, please refer to our last post with regards to our phone number – we are also not dealing with ex-createmystore clients period as they are obviously trying to tarnish our name before we’ve even started. createmystore was a disaster, we all know this, but what can WE do?

It’s getting quite frustrating having to answer to everyone about every little thing, please leave us to run our company in peace. You will notice in time that Zoodeo are legit, with many happy customers and an excellent reputation for providing an efficient service.

We will also be looking into taking legal action to have comments removed from this site, as people are damaging the reputation of our staff with no proof of anything. Anyone at all can come on here and post whatever they like whether it’s true or not, and it’s about time this was stopped.

We have positive reviews on this site from Zoodeo customers, this is undeniable proof that we are not fooling around – Lee’s shop can be found on our website – proof of design and that Lee’s last post on here was legit…ask him!

The only time you will hear about Zoodeo on this site will be from Zoodeo customers posting their positive reviews on our service.

Thank you for your time and good luck with your eBay ventures.

    This is still going on???

Luckily I did not pay any money to Createmystore .co.uk after reading some of the comments on here. I see the website is now down, I feel sory for you guys that did.

Am I right in thinking they have re launched and re launched again as Zoodeo?

I would like to suggest everyone who has lost out to have a look and start a thread on:

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk

There are some very very knowledgeable users and it’s all free advice, you pay for nothing. Once enough of you get together all in one place other users will give advice on how to tackle this problem. I am not trying to promote this website as it is a non profit forum, just offer some advice to the users that have lost out. I have nothing to do with CAG but have posted on there many times before and found all the info very useful. Like I said before, if you group together all in one place to tackle the issue it would really help. Hopefully this is not against this blogs rules and if any user does create a thread please post a link. I am not trying to take people away from this blog, just trying to point people in the right direction. From earlier posts I understand this is not the place to discuss legal issues etc

    Thanks

I am going to end this thread now as it has spanned three different companies now and run its course. It has spurred me to add a new ‘service’ to this blog. Support and reviews…see new blog post:

    http://kidsontalks.com/2009/07/06/open-source-consulting-reviews-and-support/

A good place to post reviews also is here: http://www.auctionsoftwarereview.com/ they also have a forum.

Zoodeo, don’t try to get all legal on me. I have posted your comments as well, and let the company defend itself. If you do, I am afraid we will have to fall out.

Edited to add: Zoodeo are no longer trading – get your refunds peoples!
