Case Study: Football Shop Online

logoI started work Football Shop Online early in 2013, just after Internet Retailing at the NEC.

They were struggling with the Channeladvisor system and growing their business. They KNEW they had a killer product, great prices and a willing team but were stuck in technology hell.

So I popped along to help!

We sorted out many things in 2013 from sales optimisation, strategy, design, warehouse processes and training on Channeladvisor to produce a stellar 97% uplift on the previous year. In 2014, with the introduction of expansion to the US, Canada and Australia we saw the business grow a further 60%. Early signs in 2015 show the sales rising further.

I integrated the US marketplace in the summer of 2014 which took off marvelously:


You will notice a gap after Cyber Monday. This was because we had reached breaking point and the warehouse couldn’t take any more!

This year we are developing the international marketplaces more and making sure there is no holding back!
