I brought an item off eBay and noticed that the seller didn’t live far from me, the same town in fact. So i thought, i’ll ask if I can pick them up! She can only say no.
So I hit ‘contact seller’ from my ‘won section’.
I get automated options but not way to contact the seller. [...]
I have brought it, now why can’t I talk to the seller?
